- What is Bazaar Buddy?

Bazaar Buddy is your shopping companion from India, designed to make your shopping experience from Indian online stores simple and convenient. With Bazaar Buddy, you can effortlessly shop from popular Indian websites like Ajio, Myntra, Amazon India, and many more local stores and vendors.
We provide you with a personal locker and a virtual shipping address in Anand, Gujarat. This address can be used to receive your purchases from various online stores. Once your items arrive at our facility, we store them in your locker. When you confirm your 'Shipping Request,' we consolidate your items into a single shipment and deliver them to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world.
For added convenience, we offer a Personal Shopping Assistant service. Your personal shopper can purchase items on your behalf from India according to your requests and ship them to you anywhere in the world.
- Can you shop on my behalf in india?
- Bazaar Buddy Personal Shoppers can shop for you from anywhere in India and ship your purchases worldwide. Simply provide them with your list of requested items and recommendations. They will handle everything, keeping you updated throughout the purchase process and final shipping.
- Do you provide a cash-on-delivery option?
- No, we do not offer a cash-on-delivery option for any purchases. Any unpaid parcels received will be returned to the sender.
- What is package consolidation, and how does it help me save?
- Shipping multiple packages from online stores overseas can be expensive. Our package consolidation service combines all your purchases into one box, saving you up to 70% on international shipping costs.
- When can I start using your service?
- Signing up to Bazaar Buddy is free. Immediately after completion of signup and email verification you can start using our service.
- Do you export food items?

We cannot export perishable food items (those requiring refrigeration), items labeled in a foreign language, or those restricted by the Indian Food and Drug Administration. Additionally, we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if importing food is allowed in your country, as there are often restrictions.
For unbranded foods like homemade pickles, chutneys, sweets, snacks, and items without expiry dates, ingredient information, or manufacturing labels, we repackage and re-label them to meet international standards. We use sealed covers, wear gloves, and maintain a clean environment to ensure the safety and integrity of your food items during repacking.
